» DiscoveryThis part of the process is all about data gathering. Vital information about you and/or your business are gathered. These are informations that will help in the design of your web site.
A simple design questionnaire in word document format is sent via e-mail. The questionnaire must be answered and must be e-mailed back.
» DesignIn this part of the process, actual design or conceptualization is done. Design studies will be created and presented for review, revision and approval. The designs will be mainly based from the answers taken from the questionnaires. Additional input may be given during the revisions.
» DevelopmentOnce a design has been selected it will then be converted to HTML or to a CMS Theme or developed into a full web site, depending on what type of service you acquired. Included in this phase of the process is Quality Assurance like link tesitng, proof reading, browser compatiblity checking, etc.
» DeliveryAfter everything is checked and finalized. The design or website will be made ready for delivery. It will be delivered via e-mail or it will be downloaded from the server. The deliverables will be packaged in a ZIP/RAR file together with everything that is to be included in the package like PSD files, fonts, images, etc.
Payment TermsMy payment term is very simple, I always ask for a 50% downpayment before I start work on a project and the final 50% is payable upon delivery of the completed product.
