Champions Online, Modified Ads Theme Blogger Template

Posted in Theme Design on February 11th, 2011 by Romelo Itong

I’m currently playing Champions Online and I’m really enjoying the game since it went Free-To-Play. For those who are not familiar with Champions Online, it is a Superhero Themed MMORPG based on the Champions Pen-and-Paper Comic Book Superhero RPG and published and developed by Cryptic Studios.

Blue Skies, Modified Ads Theme Blogger Template

Posted in Theme Design on November 30th, 2010 by Romelo Itong

The Ads Theme Blogger Template by eblogtemplates.com is a favorite of mine and it’s the one I use for blogger powered blogs. Previously, I shared one modified version of it here and today I’ll be sharing another one. I named the first one Ads Theme Space Blogger Template because it has a Space/Sci-Fi look to it and for this one I named it Blue Skies.

The colors I used for Blue Skies are White, Blue, Gray and Red (in that order of importance). Blue Skies is also not just a color scheme modification. The header and navigation area were modified to use a background image instead of the plain solid color background and the same goes to the background of the body. Read the rest of this entry »

Designs For Money4Life Coach

Posted in Graphics Design on July 6th, 2010 by Romelo Itong

Last week, I was contracted to design a Landing Page, Congratulations Page and a matching Blogger Template and all three must be finished on or before July 5, 2010. Fortunately, I was able to finish all three a couple of days earlier.

Landing Page

For this project, the first item that I worked on was the design for the Landing Page because the design of the Congratulations Page and Blogger Template was to be based on it. When the Landing Page design was finish, I sent it to the client for review and he was very happy with it. He did request a few minor changes but the changes were more on text placements which didn’t take too long to do. When that was finish, it was followed by the Congratulations page and both were sliced and coded into HTML afterwards.

For the Blogger Template, the client agreed to simply modify an existing Template to match the design of the Landing Page. The modification wasn’t entirely hard but it still took me a couple of hours to finish it. The only issue the client had with the Blogger Template was with the comment area. For some reason, it wasn’t showing on the template. I was able to resolve this issue quickly (thanks to Google, LOL). Read the rest of this entry »

Ads Theme Space Blogger Template

Posted in Random Thoughts on May 22nd, 2010 by Romelo Itong

One of my favorite Template for Blogger is the Ads Theme by Blogging Secrets. This is a FREE WordPress Theme that was converted by eBlog Templates into a working Blogger Template and I have been using it in my own Blogger blogs.

This particular Blogger Template is very popular. In fact, it has been downloaded a total of 25,289 times. It is the second most downloaded Blogger Template in eBlog Templates. What that simply means is, thousands of other Blogger blogs are using it. As a blogger, I wouldn’t want my Blogger blog to look like the other 25,000+ Blogger blogs that are also using the same Ads Theme Blogger Template. Read the rest of this entry »
